Doula Services
As a doula I strive to be fully present in the pregnancy, birth and postpartum of mothers and their families. I will be there every step of the way to build relationship, answer questions, and provide support both physically and emotionally.
Childbirth Classes
Parents who attend childbirth classes are more likely to have a positive birth experience & achieve the birth they desire. Families who attend my classes will be educated on the process of birth, have the tools to cope in labor and gain confidence in their ability to make informed decisions.
Mamas on the Move

This is a group for moms to get out of the house, explore the great outdoors & be in community with other mamas and their kiddos! We meet weekly for walks, chats and play dates!
